As member of Information Management team, provide wide of array of training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure Macquarie Capital remains in compliance with internal policies and regional laws regulating business's global advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising, and corporate restructuring as well as principal investing. Specific responsibilities include coordinating collection and analysis of critical transaction records; administering Macquarie Capital's information and record management systems and online data rooms, including managing security and access to information; providing training and guidance to Macquarie Capital staff on business processes, procedures, and systems; and managing Salesforce, Macquarie Capital's transaction management and CRM system.

- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Communications or related field (Document Management or Information Management) plus 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of document and information governance and/or management within financial services, legal services, and/or management consulting
- Prior experience must include 3 years working with document management system, including providing training on same
- 3 years working with PowerBI
- 3 years working with all aspects of Microsoft Office 365
- Must possess Saleforce Associate Certification
Salary range for this position: $114,500 - $125,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
