Qualifications: - 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in luxury catering, fine dining, or high-end events.
- Extensive experience executing large-scale events, including weddings, corporate events, galas, and private functions.
- Strong team leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to lead and develop large culinary teams.
- Exceptional organization and execution, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food quality, presentation, menu development, and food safety, with a high attention to detail and commitment to luxury hospitality standards.
