Your duties include, but are not limited to:- Leading and supporting all departments
- Recruiting, coaching and developing employees
- Building rapport with residents and families
- Managing budgets, occupancy and financial operations
- Guiding marketing and community outreach
- Maintaining compliance of state and federal regulations
- Ensuring residents, families and employees feel valued
What We're Looking For:- Previous experience as an Administrator of an assisted living, healthcare or senior living community
- A leader who leads with humility, integrity and care
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Strong operational knowledge with the ability to balance excellent resident care and strong financial operations
- Passionate about developing stable teams and creating a positive workplace culture.
