As the Administrator, you will provide overall leadership for the community, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, team member engagement, and financial stewardship. You will serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic leader while fostering a positive culture aligned with Vetter Senior Living's mission, vision, and values.

What You'll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the community's daily operations
• Promote a culture focused on quality care, service excellence, and resident satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and team members
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders
• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies that support organizational goals
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource management
• Champion employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational success
• Serve as an ambassador for Brookestone View within the community

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
• Prior Administrator experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with strong business and operational acumen
• Commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and team members
