Executive Director of Patient Care Services, Critical Care - Baltimore, MDA leading hospital in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Patient Care Services to oversee Critical Care service lines, including ICU, ICU Step Down, and Neuroscience units. This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for an experienced RN with strong critical care and nursing management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple patient care departments
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, patient outcomes, and patient safety
- Lead recruitment, retention, mentoring, and staff development
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
- Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and hospital administration
Ideal Candidate: Experienced nursing leader with a strong Critical Care/ICU background and proven leadership at the manager or director level.
Requirements- Active Maryland RN license or eligibility to obtain
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required; DNP preferred
- AHA BLS
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in critical care
- Critical care/ICU clinical experience required
- Director- or manager-level nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality standards
