Job Description:Ensures full implementation and sustainment of consumer initiatives across all medical groups, including change management. Collaborates within organizational structures to execute the consumer strategy and identify improvement opportunities. Participates in market and corporate consumer governance committees. Partners with executive leadership to develop, implement, and manage a seamless patient access, navigation, and care transition model. Aims to achieve business growth, network connectivity, integrity, competitive advantage, market relevance, and sustainability by expanding patient access, consumer experience, promises, and care navigation. Works with each medical group to develop and support sustainable care navigation, centralized scheduling, clinical call answering, online scheduling tools, timely appointments, and referral management infrastructure. Coordinates roles associated with customer experience management, minimizing silos of systems, data, assumptions, hand-offs, performance, and customer touchpoints. Collaborates with the consumer analytics team. Supports the development and implementation of consumer-centric care models, capabilities, and pathways. Drives innovation and technology integration to enhance consumer care models. Builds program and product design solutions tailored to consumer needs. Designs exceptional consumer journey experiences for strategic priorities. Identifies and builds profitable physician and program/product models centered on the consumer. Benchmarks programs nationally and internationally. Leads the implementation of best practices in consumer experience and care delivery. Communicates, tracks, and reports progress through meetings, presentations, and written reports. Builds strategic plans and roadmaps for product delivery, identifying requirements, milestones, and metrics. Adheres to policies to protect patient information and obtain proper consent for marketing activities. Partners with the Ventures VP to design a business plan for virtual primary care. Ensures the care model is clinically excellent and meets consumer needs. Functions as a clinical expert to reimagine primary care, working with a team to create a fiscally sound, consumer-friendly, value-based PCP model. Applies clinical knowledge, experience in successful PCP practices, and financial acumen to support the new PCP model vision. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Field of Study: - In business or healthcare
Work Experience: - 7+ relevant leadership experience in physician practice operations, clinical operations, business development, physician strategy, or process improvement [Required]

Pay Range:$127,310.90 - $236,789.66
