Job Description:
PHD/Omnicom Media Group is seeking a Client Business Lead for the US & Canada. We are responsible for the clients media planning and buying in three regions - US&C, LATAM and EMEA.
The client agency leadership role is one of the most exciting and transformative within the industry. The individual who fills this role works as the guiding hand in crafting a vision for how all channels drive the business, leads the team to ensure the vision comes to life, delivers ongoing thought leadership and training, and continually supports an integrated agency model.

THE ROLE
The leader for this role must focus on action:

Strong critical thinker with robust business acumen: Skilled in resolving complex issues involving people, processes, and systems using logic and common sense
Solution-oriented: Proactively identifies root causes of problems, rather than merely addressing symptoms
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments: Quickly pivoting and guiding agency teams effectively
Many spinning plates, no problem: Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and campaigns simultaneously
Develop a strong team: Demonstrate success in recruiting, leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
Required Experience
15+ years of experience in media agency and brand-side leadership roles
Management of global multi-brand/IAT businesses and growing successful teams for complex, fast-moving accounts.
Experience consulting and guiding CMO and senior marketers towards new thinking
Success in a leadership role, developing business transformation, and delivering results
Strong strategic media planning and marketplace expertise, including large-scale investment strategies (Upfront, JBPs)
Hands-on knowledge of annual planning and major media budgeting methodologies
Working knowledge of media technology (ad serving, programmatic, data, cleanrooms, etc.)
Ability to be flexible and respond quickly to requests

As a result of delivering the above, OMG is expected to grow revenue and improve employee engagement.New York: $150,000.00-$300,000.00
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
