Summary
As a Executive Director, you are a key member of the organization, collaborating closely with executive leadership (Managing Director, CEO, CFO) and strategic business unit (SBU) leads. Your primary role is to strengthen client relationships-both internally and externally-by showcasing the value of the company's offerings and driving business growth through exceptional client service. In partnership with the Managing Director, you also play a critical role in managing various administrative responsibilities for your team, including talent management, succession planning, and performance reviews. Oversee financial responsibilities such as P&L oversight and salary management are also key components of your role.
Responsibilities
Learn and utilize Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with senior-level clients, actively seeking out opportunities that deliver added value. Your focus is on nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying growth areas, and consistently aligning with the client's evolving needs.
Develop and strengthen relationships with global counterparts to ensure a seamless and unified approach to client management across borders.
Spearhead key initiatives such as new business development, training seminars, and client education sessions. These projects contribute to the overall growth of the agency and position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Provide input and leadership help ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned in delivering innovative, results-driven solutions that enhance client success.
Accountable for ensuring financial transparency and meeting revenue goals across all client accounts, reporting directly to senior management. This includes financial oversight across multiple disciplines to ensure alignment with the company's financial objectives.
Responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to increase revenue within your existing client base. Working closely with SBUs (Strategic Business Units), you drive expansion opportunities to maximize the value of each client relationship.
Responsible for the staffing needs of your group. In collaboration with the Managing Director, you also manage the group's salary budgets, ensuring financial alignment while supporting growth and team needs.
Build and lead a high-performing team by attracting and retaining top talent. A key focus is on career development and progression, ensuring that the best people stay engaged and continue to grow within the organization.
Leading by example, you reinforce the company's values, philosophies, and best practices. You are a role model for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and your leadership contributes to the development of a strong company culture.
Experience

Retail/eCommerce/Entertainment experience

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
