The Opportunity Adobe Creative is the team behind Adobe's biggest marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments, and this role sits at the center of how that work gets made. We're looking for an Executive Producer to lead a customer pod, producing large-scale campaigns while managing and mentoring a small team of Producers.
The ideal candidate thrives in both high-volume and high-complexity environments and is passionate about improving production systems as much as delivering exceptional creative work.
You'll partner closely with the Director of Production and Operations team on capacity planning, vendor management, and workflow strategy, translating Adobe Creative's production standards into scalable, day-to-day practices for your team.
What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end production for global-scale creative work while overseeing your pod's execution, creative resourcing, and delivery.
- Produce integrated campaigns end to end, managing timelines, review cycles, and internal and agency coordination from briefing through delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Producers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Resolve production challenges, including shifting priorities, cross-functional dependencies, and flag risks that require senior leadership.
- Build and continuously improve production systems, workflows, and AI-enabled practices that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality across the team.
What You Need to Succeed - You're a producer at your core, with the systems thinking and leadership skills to scale teams-not just projects.
- 10+ years of experience producing creative work or leading creative programs in a fast-paced brand, agency, studio, or in-house creative organization.
- Proven experience delivering high-volume, global creative work across multiple channels, including video, digital, 3D, and print.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing producers while removing roadblocks and enabling team success.
- Strong systems thinking, with a track record of building scalable workflows and processes that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across creative, marketing, product, and operations teams.
