About you...
Passionate about food and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience as an Executive Chef.
Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and experience alongside excellent knowledge of great financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Creative, driven and passionate, with a positive mindset
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

• Charismatic and natural leader - hands on and influential
• Sense of precision
• Inventive and creative (food)
• Loves mentoring and coaching
• Business acumen - understand cost control and Food activations, dinners, partnerships, etc...
• Composure under pressure
• A master in craftmanshift: understand flavor profiles, various cooking techniques, and seasonality
• Experience in French cuisine
• Union experience is a plus
