Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary and stewarding operations, partnering with restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will drive revenue and profitability through innovative menu development and strategic initiatives, while serving as a passionate ambassador for our culinary program through guest engagement, community presence, and social media. A strong leader and mentor, you will inspire both culinary and front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and outstanding guest service.

What you will bring to the role

You will brings at least five years of culinary leadership experience as a Senior Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Restaurant Chef, with luxury hotel and standalone restaurant experience considered an asset. Passionate about exceptional cuisine, guest satisfaction, and team engagement, they possess strong knowledge of local ingredients and culinary trends. A collaborative leader, they inspire high-performing teams through a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $120,000 - $130,000
