hotels, upscale restaurants, resorts, healthcare, or contract food.This position will require you to live w/in a commutable distance of Macon, GA5-day work week, rotating weekend shift (ONLY ONE WEEKEND EVERY 5TH WEEK), Growth potentialWhat You'll Do:- Lead all kitchen and culinary operations
- Manage, coach, and develop the team
- Create menus and drive food quality
- Oversee catering, retail and patient meals and high-volume production
- Control food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory
- Ensure safety and sanitation excellence
What We're Looking For:- Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or senior culinary leader
- Strong leadership and financial skills
- High-volume and catering experience preferred
