Full Job Description
What You Will Do:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the CMO, including scheduling, travel, meeting prep, and presentation support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insight and perspective to support decision-making.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions.
  • Navigate complex dynamics with emotional intelligence to foster alignment.
  • Boost leadership team productivity by setting agendas, tracking priorities, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring focused discussions and clear action items.
  • Monitor team commitments and deadlines to drive accountability.

  • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • 7+ years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior operational support role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Adept at being a gatekeeper as well as a gateway for CMO - always keeping one step ahead - see around corners
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to read people, situations, and organizational dynamics quickly
  • Strong business acumen and the confidence to ask strategic questions, challenge assumptions, and provide thoughtful insights.
  • Proven track record of managing executive priorities, agendas, and follow-through in high-stakes environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with discretion and calm.
  • Trusted confidant with high integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Expert on meeting technology, Microsoft Office, balanced skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of AI tools a plus.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
