About the Role
Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support: Serve as a strategic partner to five executives, proactively managing their daily needs. This includes complex calendar management (ensuring all meetings are confirmed), processing expense reports, and handling various ad-hoc requests to ensure an organized schedule and commitment fulfillment.
Communication & Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact, expertly prioritizing and managing communication with employees at all levels, other executives, and external partners. Prepare and draft professional correspondence, internal communications, and presentations.
Travel and Logistics: Plan and book seamless domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. You will handle complex logistics, problem-solve non-routine issues, and maintain a keen awareness of time zones and global complexities.
Project & Event Coordination: Track and drive critical tasks and projects to completion, following up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate department events, managing all logistics from agenda preparation and catering to venue securing and inviting attendees.
Proactive Partnership: Function as a forward-thinking problem solver, demonstrating initiative with minimal direction. Anticipate executive needs and take decisive action to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow at all times.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives.
Experience working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting a Federal Government business vertical.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and manage schedules to promote the most effective use of time.
Proven capacity to handle highly sensitive information with sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with general guidance.
High attention to detail, especially for publishing meeting agendas, taking and distributing notes, and following up on action items.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location: USA.VA.RestonPrimary Location Base Pay Range: $104,000 USD - $156,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $94,100 USD - $167,200 USD
