What You Will Do:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while serving as a key liaison with internal teams and external clients.
The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless executive support and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and client-focused experience
- Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, briefings, and presentations
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and priorities
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support logistics for meetings, events, and client engagements, including on-site coordination as needed
- Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive support and team efficiency
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- FOUR (4) years or more of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Washington, DC
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Familiarity with executive-level stakeholder management
- Experience supporting multiple executives or teams simultaneously
- Experience in consulting, government contracting, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a client-facing or client-support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Concur)
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
