Full Job Description
This is an in-office position (Monday-Thursday) based in Chicago, Illinois.

Primary Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Co-President and Global Head of Real Assets at Blue Owl. This is a highly visible role within a dynamic, fast-paced team, requiring exceptional judgment and discretion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex scheduling of internal and external meetings, including coordination with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders; issue calendar invitations and secure conference rooms.
  • Prepare and organize materials for external client and prospect meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel arrangements and process related expense reports.
  • Oversee complex, multi-time-zone calendar management with dynamic prioritization.
  • Track outstanding correspondence and provide timely follow-up support.
  • Support ad hoc team projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Real Assets Chicago administrative team on various projects and operational needs.

The anticipated base salary range for this Chicago-based position is $115,000-$130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance.
