The RoleThe Executive Assistant to the CRO serves as a trusted partner and force multiplier to the Chief Revenue Officer. This individual operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication - ensuring alignment, operational rigor, and seamless coordination across a fast-scaling global revenue organization.
This is not a traditional administrative role. It requires business acumen, executive presence, exceptional organizational discipline, and the ability to operate with urgency and discretion in a high-growth, high-impact environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Partnership & Strategic Support- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CRO, helping prioritize initiatives aligned to company growth objectives.
- Manage complex global calendar scheduling across customers, executives, board interactions, and cross-functional leaders.
- Assist in preparing executive briefings, board-ready materials, customer meeting prep documents, and revenue updates where applicable.
- Track and drive follow-ups from leadership meetings, QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive offsites in line with CRO expectations
- Ensure alignment between CRO priorities and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
Revenue Operations & Organizational Rhythm- Support operating cadence for the revenue organization (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, executive dashboards, performance tracking).
- Partner with RevOps and Finance to ensure reporting accuracy and timely executive visibility where needed.
- Help manage strategic initiatives across Sales, Partnerships, and GTM expansion.
Communication & Executive Presence- Draft high-impact internal and external communications on behalf of the CRO.
- Maintain consistent executive messaging aligned to project44's AI-native supply chain platform vision
- Serve as a liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional judgment at all times.
Travel & Logistics- Coordinate complex global travel arrangements and customer visit logistics.
- Support executive event participation, including conferences, customer engagements, and internal leadership sessions.
- Ensure seamless execution of on-site meetings and executive engagements.
Special Projects- Lead and manage special strategic initiatives as delegated by the CRO.
- Support planning for revenue kickoffs, global sales meetings, and leadership offsites.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements.
What You BringExperience- 5+ years supporting C-level or senior executives in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Experience supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market leaders strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.
