Full Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. They possess strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with executives, board members, stakeholders, and employees across all levels of the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing a complex and ever-changing calendar, priorities, and schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, board activities, leadership events, and executive communications.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive-level materials.
  • Support Board of Directors activities, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and documentation as needed.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and supporting materials.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, events, and special projects.
  • Create polished presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, executive leadership team, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify solutions, and independently resolve issues.
  • Support ongoing and special projects that drive organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Represent the CEO in communications and meetings as requested.
  • Manage select personal and household matters on behalf of the CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and bill management.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture while providing exceptional executive support.

  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, to improve efficiency and productivity.

Work Environment: This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer- Chairman of the Board and operates in a professional office environment and may require occasional evening or weekend availability to support executive and board-related activities. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role.

Salary Range

  • $130,600-$160,000, annually, based on qualifications and experience.


Bonus Potential

  • Eligible for 10% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance
