As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide advanced administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents and Director-level executives including the VP of Safety, VP of Manufacturing and Senior Director of Manufacturing Excellence. No two days look the same - you'll coordinate projects, lead distribution of information, schedule and coordinate large workshops, meetings, and travel arrangements all in a given week. You'll also find yourself supporting special projects, creating presentation materials, preparation of reports/spreadsheets, and providing administrative support to various committees.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform advanced and diversified assignments of a confidential nature in support of executive leaders
- Schedule meetings, maintain travel itineraries and prepare expense reports
- May assist in reviewing budget and related expenses and assist with other special projects.
- Serve as liaison between executives and subordinates, peers, superiors, and external contacts in person and by phone
- Maintain organizational calendars and key milestone trackers
- Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, SharePoint, Teams sites, and communication channels
- Publish meeting materials, standards, announcements, and newsletters
- Manage contact directories and stakeholder communications
- Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting packages
- Coordinate procurement requests and follow-up on approvals
- May assist in reviewing budget and related expenses and assist with other special projects.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' professional experience in an Administrative Support role or equivalent, preferably within a corporate setting
Salary: $72,246.60 to $106,210.00 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
