Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to a Chobani Executive.

Responsibilities
• Handle multifaceted department logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences, including travel and event management
• Submit travel and expense reports in a timely fashion
• Prioritize and handle internal and external correspondence
• Coordinate meetings and complex schedules to accommodate the needs of the Executive and SLT
• Plan and manage customer-facing meetings, including agenda coordination, attendee logistics, room setup, catering, materials preparation, follow-up tracking, and ensuring a polished experience for internal and external stakeholders
• Research a variety of topics for the purpose of providing information and/or recommendations
• Exercise independent judgment in bringing information and issues relating to the operations of the department to the attention of the Executive
• Provide executive, administrative, and analytical support to the Executive to ensure timely and effective communications between the Executive and team members
• Frequently compose and finalize complex correspondence, reports, and other-format documents, using experience and judgment to decide what should be included in each document
• Assist with short and long-range critical planning initiatives for the Executive and their department
• Maintain comprehensive filing system; maintain accurate departmental records to ensure the integrity of the information
• Represent the Executive in their absence for the purpose of addressing matters that require immediate attention
• Provide light office management support, including coordinating onsite meeting logistics, ordering and organizing office supplies, liaising with vendors as needed, and helping ensure a seamless employee and visitor experience
• Work on special projects as assigned and complete other tasks as necessary

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required
• The ability to maintain confidentiality is imperative
• 5-7 years providing administrative and/or personal support at the executive level required
• Strong experience within PC Microsoft Windows and MAC environments
• Advanced proficiency and strong working knowledge required in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat X
• Ability to work independently and quickly
• Must have good judgment and exercise the utmost discretion with confidential information
• Ability to prioritize work and provide a high level of customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this full-time position is $82,500.00 - $129,800.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
