About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Excellence Manager to support key initiatives within our Procurement & Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will enhance operational efficiency by improving processes, strengthening reporting capabilities, supporting ERP effectiveness, and coordinating cross-functional projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and data-driven insights to a fast-paced environment.

Key accountabilities

  • Lead and manage excellence activities across Procurement & Supply Chain to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain, develop and implement policies, procedures, and standardized documentation to drive excellence for the sake of continual improvement.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that automate, integrate or otherwise improve ERP transactional discipline and performance.
  • Identify and implement best practices, workflows, and other performance enhancement solutions.
  • Monitor procurement lifecycle transactional performance from end-to-end.
  • Support rollout of new processes, compliance updates, and internal training materials.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, communications, and deliverables for operational excellence initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day ERP support including troubleshooting, answering user inquiries, and guiding best practices.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and train team members.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, assess performance, and drive process improvements.
  • Assist with internal audits, data validation, and compliance monitoring.

Essential Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or category management.
  • Strong process documentation and project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Acumatica exposure preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational abilities.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Power BI, DOMO, or similar BI/reporting platforms.

  • Previous experience working with Acumatica or a similar ERP in a supply chain or procurement setting.
  • Background supporting operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.

How much do we pay? $70,700 - $101,000. *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees).
