What You'll Do- Work directly with founders and senior leadership on high-priority company initiatives.
- Help shape product strategy, technical direction, growth initiatives, or operational execution based on your strengths and background.
- Take ownership of critical projects that directly influence company growth and product success.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, design, go-to-market, and leadership functions.
- Identify opportunities, solve ambiguous problems, and drive execution from idea to outcome.
- Contribute to the development of AI-native products used by rapidly growing teams and organizations.
- Bring a founder mindset to decision-making, prioritization, and company building.
- Help establish processes, systems, and strategies that support long-term scale.
What We're Looking For- Previous founder or co-founder experience, ideally within a venture-backed startup environment.
- Strong track record of building products, teams, systems, or businesses from the ground up.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across functions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and the future of intelligent software.
Nice to Have- Experience participating in accelerator programs such as Y Combinator.
- Background in software engineering, product management, growth, operations, or go-to-market leadership.
- Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, SaaS platforms, or collaboration software.
- Track record of scaling teams, products, or businesses through periods of rapid growth.
- Experience working alongside founders and executive teams in high-growth startup environments.
