This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

The Events & Special Projects Manager will report to the Global Events & Special Projects Senior Director and play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the global event strategy across both domestic and international markets, in close collaboration with regional teams. This role is responsible for managing the planning and execution of brand and business-driving events including, but not limited to: PR/Media Events, Global New Store Openings, Wholesale and Retail Store Events, Global Brand Launches, Tory Burch Personal Appearances (International PAs), Business & Licensing Events, Tory Sport, and initiatives supporting the Tory Burch Foundation.

A Day in the Life:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of high-impact events in alignment with overall brand strategy and business goals.
  • Partner closely with the Global EventsSeniorDirector to manage production logistics and ensure flawless execution of key global events.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors and production partners, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, on budget, and within brand standards.
  • Ideate and conceptualize innovative retail activations that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and sales; collaborate cross-functionally with the Retail Marketing team.
  • Manage and update the events calendar, budget tracking, guest lists, run-of-shows, contracts, and all related documentation and reporting.
  • Oversee US store-led events process, partnering with Retail Operations and Store Directors to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, including vetting and approving invitations, partnerships, activations, charitable and local women-focused partnerships.
  • Own inventory management of the Events warehouse, ensuring accuracy and readiness for all upcoming initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor the PR & Events Assistant, overseeing daily workflow, training, and development.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 100,000.00 USD - 130,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
