Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $92,300.00 - $153,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Manager, Industry Events & Trade Shows leads the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement ofa0a high impact segment ofa0Cox Automotive's portfolio of industry events and trade shows. This rolea0is responsible fora0maximizing the value of event investments by driving client engagement, lead generation, brand visibility, and market leadership.a0

Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, the manager develops and executes event strategies that align with businessa0objectivesa0anda0delivera0measurable results. Key responsibilities include sponsorship strategy and negotiation, vendor and partner management, budget oversight, event operations, project management, and post-event reporting and ROI analysis.a0

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and successfully managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.a0a0

Experience in trade shows, exhibit management, and the automotive industry is preferred.a0

Minimum:

  • Bachelor27s degree in related discipline and 6 years of progressive experience in marketing, event management, trade shows, sponsorships, or related industries, with experience ina0trade show management. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master27s degree and 4 years27 experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years27 experience in a related field.
