Events Marketing Specialist (internally titled Senior Events Specialist) You will report to the Marketing Manager and reside in or near one of our collaboration hubs:

  • Allen, Texas
  • Austin, Texas

Are you passionate about creating events that promote brand visibility and achieve business growth? As an Events Marketing Specialist, you'll lead strategic events and sponsorships, partner with executive team members, and manage end-to-end event execution. You'll navigate competing demands, budgets, and timelines while delivering experiences that strengthen customer engagement and support business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution, and measurement of trade shows, conferences, client events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and executive programs to achieve business growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Work with executives, Sales, Marketing, and important partners to develop event strategies, influence decisions, promote agreement, and create measurable impact.
  • Develop and deliver executive communications, partner briefings, planning updates, and post-event business reviews.
  • Manage multiple concurrent events and projects, overseeing timelines, logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, risks, and onsite execution.
  • Measure event performance, Return on investment, attendee engagement, and growth to improve and maximize value.
  • Oversee event operations, marketing programs, and onsite execution, applying best practices to improve efficiency and event outcomes.


Qualifications
  • Five+ years of experience within a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Experience presenting to high-level partners with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Project management skills with experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience driving strategic plans and outcomes.
  • Experience ensuring accurate execution across event planning, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Experience with tradeshow and event production requirements, timelines, logistics, and execution best practices.


Additional Information

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
