Arrowhead Golf Club - Littleton, CO
Responsible for executing the sales process from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The product line for this role will be Private Events.Primary Responsibilities include the following:- Lead all private event sales efforts with a primary focus on weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue goals, event booking targets, and profitability objectives.
- Maintain an active and professional presence across social media platforms and wedding-focused websites to generate leads, increase venue visibility, and strengthen brand awareness.
- Manage online inquiries from wedding and event platforms, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion of prospective clients.
- Conduct venue tours for prospective couples and event clients, showcasing venue features, amenities, and event capabilities.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute event contracts, successfully securing bookings and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through contract signing, maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Secure and manage a high-volume wedding business, successfully booking and supporting more than 100 weddings annually.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, planners, and community partners to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event coordinators, providing training, performance coaching, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with operations, catering, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to ensure revenue targets and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Establish pricing strategies, packages, and promotional initiatives to remain competitive in the market.
- Attend bridal shows, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications:- Minimum five years of commissioned sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business
- Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in leading others preferred
- Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence
- Effectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to action
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
Pay Range: $57,784.00 - $150,000.00
