About the Role

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Event Planner to manage full-cycle corporate events that support executive engagement, customer relationships, and key business initiatives. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain budgets, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, including executive meetings, customer events, conferences, trade shows, and internal programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define event objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, contracts, venues, registration, travel, catering, and onsite execution.
  • Coordinate executive-level events and VIP experiences.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, and expense reconciliation.
  • Analyze event performance and provide post-event reporting and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Effectively pivot and manage changing priorities while maintaining exceptional event experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of corporate event planning or event management experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle corporate events from planning through execution.
  • Experience supporting executive-level meetings and events.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial planning skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and event logistics.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate, technology, or B2B environment.
  • Experience with event management platforms such as Cvent or similar tools.
  • Professional certification such as CMP, CMM, or PMP.
  • Experience managing large-scale customer, partner, or executive events.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
