Role Overview:This role is for an EU e-invoicing implementation lead, focusing on the Pagero platform, which is a cloud-native global e-invoicing and e-document exchange solution now integrated with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design, integration, and rollout of compliant e-invoicing solutions across various European markets. This position demands strong techno-functional ownership and direct engagement with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the solution design, integration, and deployment of vendor invoicing platforms.
- Drive system integration across ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP), cloud platforms, networking components, and external invoicing networks.
- Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization phases.
- Ensure data security, reliability, and scalability of invoicing solutions within a cloud environment.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in EU e-invoicing and e-invoicing compliance programs.
- Working experience with the Invoicing Platform Pagero.
- Understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP for integration requirements.
- Good understanding of AWS cloud technologies.
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of overall IT / implementation experience.
