Overview:Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
EU E-Invoicing Implementation Lead with strong expertise in
Pagero (Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE) and Workday integrations to lead the design, development, and rollout of compliant e-invoicing solutions across European markets.
This is a
techno-functional leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, integrations, and compliance delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of EU e-invoicing solutions using Pagero / ONESOURCE
- Own full lifecycle delivery:
Requirements 12 Solution Design 12 Integration 12 SIT/UAT 12 Cutover 12 Go-live 12 Stabilization - Design and oversee integration architecture across:
- Workday and other ERP systems
- Middleware platforms
- External invoicing networks
- Drive Workday-Pagero integration, including:
- Data mapping & transformation
- Canonical data models
- Error handling & monitoring frameworks
- Ensure compliance with EU country-specific e-invoicing regulations
- Collaborate with:
- Vendor teams (Pagero / Thomson Reuters)
- Business and IT stakeholders
- Security & networking teams
- Establish robust monitoring, validation, and error-handling mechanisms
- Ensure data security, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments
- Support RFPs, vendor evaluation, and integration strategy decisions
Required Experience- 8-10 years of IT experience with implementation leadership roles
- Proven track record in EU e-invoicing/compliance programs
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end e-invoicing implementations
Mandatory Skills (Critical)- Pagero + Workday Integration (Must-Have)
- Strong understanding of Workday ERP and multi-ERP environments
- Deep expertise in:
- Integration design (ERP, middleware, cloud)
- Data transformation & mapping
- Integration patterns (APIs, file-based, event-driven)
- Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Knowledge of:
- Validation frameworks
- Error handling & monitoring systems
- Familiarity with EU e-invoicing mandates (country-specific compliance)
Preferred / Desirable Skills- Experience with Banking / Financial Technology domain
- Exposure to vendor platforms like Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in RFP participation and vendor selection processes
Experience Level- Ideal: 8-10 Years
