Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial or semiconductor construction estimating
• Preferred 5+ years in industrial construction (Gas, Chemical, Oil & Gas) or Semiconductor (FABs, Foundries)
• Proficient in electrical estimating tools like Accubid
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore
• Experience in conducting take downs and walk downs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope including logistics, materials, and electrical components
• Conduct site visits with subcontractors for verification
• Review and submit bids, including subcontractor bids
• Utilize estimating tools for accurate project costing
• Manage the entire estimating process for diverse projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on estimates
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the estimating phase
