Responsable des processus d'estimation principalement pour les Solutions d'Automatisation des Bâtiments pour des applications commerciales, afin de fournir des offres de haute qualité et compétitives en termes de coût pour atteindre les objectifs de vente de HBS.

Responsibilities

Estimation :
  • Étude des entrées, génération de demandes d'informations (RFI), évaluation des équipements HVAC, préparation du résumé des IO, choix des contrôleurs DDC, sélection des dispositifs de terrain, préparation des devis quantitatifs (BOQ), estimation des coûts, sélection des vannes, planification des conduits et des câbles.
  • Exigences et coûts (taxes, commissions tierces, etc.)

Étude des spécifications :
  • Analyse des spécifications pour déterminer les inclusions/exclusions et les qualifications/assomptions techniques.
  • Documentation de tout, y compris les écarts et la conformité.

Gestion des fournisseurs :
  • Génération des demandes de devis (RFQ) pour solliciter les offres des sous-traitants à inclure dans la proposition, identification précise de tous les livrables pour obtenir l'offre la plus efficace pour HBS.
  • Évaluation des coûts des sous-traitants via des outils, avec la capacité d'estimer les coûts des sous-traitants en fonction des mesures des conduits et des activités attendues des sous-traitants correspondant aux spécifications.

Qualifications

VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR :
  • 5 ans + d'expérience en estimation des systèmes d'automatisation des bâtiments.
  • Excellentes compétences en français parlé et écrit, et un certain niveau d'anglais.

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,500 to $115,400 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
