Job Description

The Role:

Harris Williams is seeking an Oracle ERP / Fusion Data Intelligence Reporting Analyst to support financial, operational, and management reporting across Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). In this role, you will develop the reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that finance leaders across the firm rely on every day.

Working closely with our Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, you will build financial reports, management dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle reporting tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics. You will bring strong experience with Oracle ERP financial data, tables, and reporting structures, along with a track record of building dashboards and financial reporting solutions end to end.

Why This Role is Unique

This role spans the firm's Oracle finance technology platform, covering reporting and analytics across Oracle ERP, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and EPM. You'll work directly with Finance, Accounting, and IT to turn financial and operational data into the reports and management dashboards leaders use, building on a modern Oracle Cloud stack (BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Analytics). It's a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants to solve reporting problems end to end and partner closely with the business.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics across Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle EPM.
  • Build BI Publisher reports and data extracts from Oracle ERP, and develop interactive dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Oracle Analytics.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into clear, reliable reporting solutions.
  • Work hands-on with Oracle ERP tables, attributes, and financial data structures to source and model the right data.
  • Support reporting across Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Procurement, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
  • Support data extraction and reporting datasets using BICC, and support reporting and analytics for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Assist with EPM and financial reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms.
  • Document report definitions, dashboard specifications, and reporting processes so solutions are repeatable and well-governed.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities related to the firm's reporting and analytics platforms.
