Job DescriptionThe Role:Harris Williams is seeking an Oracle ERP / Fusion Data Intelligence Reporting Analyst to support financial, operational, and management reporting across Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). In this role, you will develop the reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that finance leaders across the firm rely on every day.
Working closely with our Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, you will build financial reports, management dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle reporting tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics. You will bring strong experience with Oracle ERP financial data, tables, and reporting structures, along with a track record of building dashboards and financial reporting solutions end to end.
Why This Role is UniqueThis role spans the firm's Oracle finance technology platform, covering reporting and analytics across Oracle ERP, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and EPM. You'll work directly with Finance, Accounting, and IT to turn financial and operational data into the reports and management dashboards leaders use, building on a modern Oracle Cloud stack (BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Analytics). It's a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants to solve reporting problems end to end and partner closely with the business.
Core Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics across Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle EPM.
- Build BI Publisher reports and data extracts from Oracle ERP, and develop interactive dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Oracle Analytics.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into clear, reliable reporting solutions.
- Work hands-on with Oracle ERP tables, attributes, and financial data structures to source and model the right data.
- Support reporting across Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Procurement, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
- Support data extraction and reporting datasets using BICC, and support reporting and analytics for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
- Assist with EPM and financial reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms.
- Document report definitions, dashboard specifications, and reporting processes so solutions are repeatable and well-governed.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities related to the firm's reporting and analytics platforms.
Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:Required- 5-7 years of experience working with Oracle ERP reporting tools (strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience may also be considered alongside complementary skills).
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and Oracle Analytics / Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP tables, attributes, and data structures.
- Experience reporting across core Oracle Financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Projects (PA), Procurement (PO), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Tax.
- A track record of developing financial reports and management dashboards.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience partnering directly with Finance and Accounting teams to deliver reporting solutions.
Preferred- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) reporting.
- Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and management reporting systems.
- Experience working in a financial services, investment banking, or professional services environment.
- Experience with data warehousing, reporting datasets, and data modeling.

Additional Information- Work Arrangement: Harris Williams offers flexible work arrangements for this role based on the successful candidate's location. Candidates based in or near Richmond, VA will work on a hybrid schedule, combining time in our Richmond office with remote work. Candidates located outside the Richmond area may be considered for a fully remote arrangement. The specific arrangement will be confirmed during the hiring process based on the candidate's location and business needs.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
