The Opportunity

As an ERP Agile Transformation Delivery Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your understanding of various software solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values adaptability and teamwork. You will take ownership of your development, actively listen, and express ideas clearly. By gathering information from diverse sources, you will analyze facts and discern patterns to drive value for our clients. You will also uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of the team and the firm. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions and providing training for seamless integration and utilization
- Supporting clients in achieving strategic objectives by leveraging a broad understanding of software solutions
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to varying challenges and scopes in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of tasks and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for clients
- Building a personal brand by navigating through the Firm and opening doors to more opportunities
- Applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to discern patterns and inform insights
- Engaging in project delivery and resource management to support client engagements
- Utilizing business technology and transformation skills to enhance client operations
- Participating in strategic planning and systems project management to drive successful outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and backlog management

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Strategic Planning
- Utilizing skills in Project Management and Technology Implementation
- Engaging in Business Transformation and Technology Integration initiatives
- Applying analytical reasoning to solve complex business challenges
- Excelling in communication and active listening within team environments

Travel Requirements

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
