Full Job Description

  • Salary: $140,120 - $175,150 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate equipment inventory across accounting records and profitability tools
  • Assess equipment ROI and recommend actions for low or negative returns
  • Track and monitor service collections performance
  • Build financial acumen in the field and drive performance accountability
  • Translate key business metrics into actionable insights for Market Unit leaders
  • Coach and develop team members to improve impact and readiness for future roles
  • Travel up to 20% within assigned geography
  • Other projects or duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
