Job Description
Space Strategy Business Development is seeking a Sr Business Development Analysis who will support the Exploration, Product, and Technology MSAC as Resource Strategy Lead. In this role, you will:
• Lead and manage OH, MA, and B&P investments, including determining efficient budget allocations to new business pursuits and working with BD staff and capture managers to implement
• Partner with F&BO to implement internal allocation & management process for MA and B&P investments and business cases
• Liaise with other functions, including central Business Development, Capital, FP&A, ICE, and corporate functions
• Streamline processes through dashboards including novel and bespoke visualizations of investment and other business development data
• Support market and customer analysis initiatives that will drive strategy and budget allocation decisions
• Ensure Exploration leadership priorities and strategies are incorporated into win strategies and proposals through involvement in color teams and decision gate preparations
• Coordinate and track links between IRAD projects and new business opportunities
Basic Qualifications
• Experience driving strong budget performance across numerous stakeholders
• Expertise with budget & data management tools
• Experience with captures and business development
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task; strong organization skills
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Ability to work proactively to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to create new and refine existing processes and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on finite resources and achieve buy-in from stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to liaise and bridge gaps across multiple functional areas
• Intimate familiarity with Business Development and F&BO processes
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $102,800 - $178,135. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
