As an EPLC Project Manager / Federal IT PM, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT modernization and project success for federal agencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management support aligned with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) requirements
- Developing and maintaining management plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and governance activities across project workstreams
- Coordinating technical, security, data, and stakeholder activities to facilitate project execution
- Managing project risks, mitigation strategies, deliverables, and status reporting
- Supporting bi-weekly and monthly reporting requirements and project management artifacts
- Overseeing transition planning and deliverable tracking activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ensuring adherence to federal governance, documentation, and compliance requirements
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience managing IT services contracts for federal civilian agencies, including federal IT or data modernization projects
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver performance reports, risk registers, and earned value metrics to federal stakeholders
- Experience managing accessibility testing programs with working knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow
- Applied experience supporting Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC), Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Active PMP certification and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience serving as the primary interface with federal stakeholders including COR/CO, Technical Monitor, and division stakeholders
- Experience coordinating with security and data owners and vendor/contractor teams on federal IT projects
- Experience supporting CDC or HHS project delivery
- Experience managing FFP task order performance and deliverable acceptance
