- Epic Cadence certification
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
- Hands-on experience in Epic Cadence scheduling template builds and management\
- Basic knowledge of decision trees
- Experience onboarding clinicians to improve patient access
- Soft-Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
