Job Summary

Join our team as a Principal Trainer-Epic-Hospital at Home and help shape how employees learn, adopt, and succeed with critical healthcare technology. In this role, you will serve as a training leader, curriculum developer, and project facilitator who ensures users are confident using Epic and related software applications, while supporting effective workflows, policies, and procedures across the organization. What You'll Do
• Develop, maintain, and improve training curriculum that support user understanding of software applications, workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Build, test, and maintain the Epic training environment to support workforce education needs.
• Partner with application build team leadership and the training manager to assess training needs and develop effective education strategies.
• Serve as a project facilitator and adult education expert for Epic and other software applications.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to credentialed trainers to strengthen training quality and consistency.
• Support go-live readiness and end-user success through effective training and workflow education.

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of industry-related training experience in healthcare, information services, or a related area.
• 1+ year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Experience providing floor support for an Epic application and demonstrated knowledge of workflows in additional applications during go-live.
• 2+ years of experience developing and editing curriculum.

. Credentialed in at least two major Epic applications
• Experience with Epic Orders, ClinDoc, Ambulatory training/modules preferred.
