Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic PB/HB analyst to support a post go-live optimization project at a large, multi-entity health system following a recent Epic implementation.

Requirements

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

• Certifications
• Epic PB and/or HB certifications
• Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• What you'll do:
• Get into the Epic build itself and diagnose billing or claim-edit issues at the source.
• Correct upstream workflow, build/configuration, and data-quality issues while helping reduce outstanding inventory.
• Work closely with your track's leader on the areas of highest impact.
• Bring strong charge capture analysis, revenue capture, and revenue integrity skills - relevant across all three tracks.
• Soft-Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
