Environmental Engineer III Requisition ID: 32980 Location: Allan, SK, CAN, S0K 0C0 Workplace Type: On-Site Experience Level: Associate Job Type: Full Time What You'll Do: • Ensure site compliance with all aspects of the site's Approval to Operate, and all other provincial and federal regulations • Assist with coordinating and enhancing current environmental programs such as the Tailings Management and Stability Program, Surface & Groundwater Monitoring Programs, stack sampling, Audits & Assessments, and others as they arise • Assist with compiling and submitting all environmental reports • Drive site sustainability initiatives such as water, energy, and waste reduction • Complete environmental inspections, spill response and investigations • Project management including coordinating/overseeing contractors, budgets, and schedules What You'll Bring: • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering required. If paired with the Environmental engineering experience, the Geological, Civil, or Chemical Engineering degree will be considered. • Varying levels of Environmental Engineers will be considered (Environmental Engineer-in-Training, Environmental Engineer) • Must be registered with APEGS or equivalent provincial regulatory authority (if applicable) • Experience with environmental management of an operating mine site would be preferred • Safety commitment - actively supports and participates with all safety program and promotes safety awareness • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with various departments on site • Ability to efficiently use modern digital tools to solve problems and inform project decisions Ready to make an impact with us?
