Agronomy Operations Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
  • Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution
  • Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
  • Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
  • Provide customer service for internal and external customers
  • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular safety inspections


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
  • Agricultural based degree desired
  • Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
