The Windchill PLM & MCAD Enterprise Solution Specialist III at Jabil, Inc. is a key technical and strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions, focusing on systems integration, data management, and application architecture.
* Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for existing enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing performance.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
* Evaluate new technologies and solutions, recommending strategic adoptions that enhance business capabilities and efficiency.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the solutions architecture team.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for assigned solution initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and security policies in all solution designs and implementations.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical presentations, as required.
Job Qualifications:**
* Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise Windchill PLM and MCAD solutions architecture, design, and implementation, with a strong focus on complex, integrated systems.
* Proven expertise in at least one major enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and/or manufacturing execution system (MES).
* Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies (e.g., API management, ESB, ETL tools).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their application in enterprise solutions.
* Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL) and data modeling.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, specific platform certifications) are a plus.
