You will coach your team to build trust quickly, navigate complex customer environments, clearly communicate technical requirements, and keep implementations moving forward. You will create a culture of accountability, urgency, and ownership, with a strong focus on hitting targets around implementation speed, quality, customer adoption, and provider growth. You will be responsible not just for the results of the team, but for building a team that continues to get better over time and consistently delivers a high-quality implementation experience for our customers. You love connecting commercial and technical dots and bridging the gap between client needs and seamless product integration. 37 Resilient and resourceful. You lead calmly through ambiguity and make high-quality decisions even when information is incomplete. 37 Collaborative and relationship-driven. You know how to align diverse internal stakeholders toward shared goals, especially across sales, product, implementation, engineering, and integration teams. Your Day-to-Day 37 Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Implementation Specialists to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable enterprise integrations. 37 Identifying integration risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps early, then taking action to address them. 37 Identifying gaps in process, tooling, training, and content, then partnering with the right teams to close them. 37 Using data to inform prioritization, capacity planning, coaching plans, and continuous improvement. 37 Creating a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high performance across the TIS team. 37 Supporting high-stakes client and internal escalations while maintaining trust, urgency, and accountability.
