Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance while ensuring the successful delivery of business and technology objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource plans, and project governance documentation.
  • Execute projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and organizational standards.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Ensure project deliverables and activities are completed on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership through written reports and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation, metrics, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders with diverse priorities and objectives to achieve project success.
  • Build a deep understanding of the business processes and operational goals associated with assigned projects.
  • Support portfolio and program management activities as needed.
  • Conduct project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive-level presentations.
  • Perform additional project management duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience leading technology-related initiatives.
  • Strong background managing projects within a healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare technology environment.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and effort estimations for technical initiatives.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including:
  • Microsoft Project
  • SharePoint
  • Visio
  • PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Access
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating and maintaining project management documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile and high-priority projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to quickly learn business processes, operational requirements, and project subject matter.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Medicaid, healthcare delivery systems, healthcare claims processing, or related healthcare technology projects.
  • Experience working within large-scale healthcare IT environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, payer systems, or health insurance technology platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise portfolio or program management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project governance frameworks and best practices.


Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification - Preferred
  • PMI Certification or equivalent Project Management certification - Preferred
