Enterprise Project Manager
Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/wk)

Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and implement projects for the software system (Emphasys) that supports the Housing Finance and Development Division's database platform. Under broad supervision, manages projects through the full life cycle from project definition through implementation of project deliverables and creates collaborative partnerships with all internal and external team members to accomplish deliverables.

The Enterprise Project Manager will onboard the software for 3 teams within 1 division. Onboarding is approximately 60% to 70% complete and requires final implementation activities, including testing and close-out, for 3 modules (IM&C/Development, Compliance, and Loan Servicing). This role is expected to extend to 12 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the onboarding of the software.
  • Develop and track a project plan, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities, including internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the vendor (Emphasys).
  • Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations and program requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal and external departments, staff, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and processes.
  • Manage projects through the full life cycle from project definition through implementation of project deliverables.
  • Create collaborative partnerships with all internal and external team members to accomplish deliverables.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Business Management, or a directly related field, or any other combination of education and professional experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job successfully required.
  • An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or internship, training, or certifications that provide the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the job successfully may be substituted year-over-year required.
  • 3 years or more of experience with onboarding software for an organization with proven effective results in management and delivery required.
  • 3 years or more in leadership working with a project team required.
  • 3 years of proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools, such as Jira required.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills required.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly required.
