In the role of Enterprise Planning Sr Digital Lead , you will be at the forefront of enterprise planning's transformation. As a Digital Associate focused on Enterprise Planning, you will bridge the gap between human capability and pioneering digital solutions. You will help architect a resilient, digital-first future by leveraging real-time analytics, organizational digital twins, and advanced agentic systems to turn complex market shifts into strategic advantages. You play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise planning systems and digital solutions. You will bridge the gap between finance, supply chain, operations, and Digital to ensure our planning platforms are running smoothly, data pipelines are accurate, and business users are fully enabled with a view towards the future. What are we looking for? • Bachelors' degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Statistics/Data Analytics, or General Business. MBA or experience within a business function is preferred. • 6-8 years of relevant business experience (IT and/or Enterprise Planning) with strong project/program management and design thinking skills, along with a proven track record of delivering results in areas like leading multi-year transformation initiatives, people management, project delivery, program management, and exposure to senior management. • Change Management and Process Improvement experience/certification, such as PROSCI/CAPM/PMI/Certified SCRUM Master • Seasoned in Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment across the delivery landscape, encompassing Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Application Landscape, Technical Solution Design, and Vendor Management. • Industry-leading planning system experience, preferably OMP and JDA, with a focus on Demand and Supply Planning • Experience in agentic or analytical tool development within Supply Chains What will be your key responsibilities? • Partner with business leaders for comprehensive Enterprise Planning, including MRP, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Scenario Planning, S&OP, MEIO, site scheduling and regional and global COE partners. • Collaborate with software providers, solution integrators, and industry leaders, positioning as a thought leader within Mars. Bring an "outside-in" perspective to Digital solutions for a modern workplace • Ensure implementation compliance with company policies, local legal requirements, and business practices. • Work closely with business sponsors to define outcomes, project scope, approach, and business case, facilitating project approval through the Global Program Steering Committee. • Lead collaboration with Pet Nutrition regional teams, Pet Nutrition Digital Technologies Global, and Global Pet Nutrition Business stakeholders to align technology, roadmaps, and prioritize new capabilities within the enterprise planning eco-system. • Manage project progression, deployment teams, technical teams, and evaluate solution benefits while overseeing a high-performing team and ensuring adherence to project governance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including COEs, MGS-DT, and business stakeholders, to understand their regional requirements and translate them into comprehensive digital solution designs. Ensure the solutions align with industry best practices and strategic business objectives with an objective to be a scalable solution across the regions • Bring to life business value delivery within the segment through digital capabilities. #TBdigital
