THE WORK
The Director of Enterprise Logistics and Test Solutions (ELTS) leads a portfolio of programs including but not limited to, the Navy's suite of test equipment solutions (eCASS), F-35 test equipment solutions (LM-STAR® and PBL), LM-CORE™ (FBM, MK21, THAAD/PAC3), person portable testers (COLT), Joint Asset Management Equipment System (JAMES), and Project Alexander.
The ELTS Director is responsible for approximately 25 Program Managers and 600 matrix and non-matrix functional employees that support customers across the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. This role is responsible for cost, schedule, growth, and technical performance of the ELTS portfolio and will be the primary interface for internal and external customers.
This role is responsible for setting portfolio growth strategy, ensuring program performance, driving innovation and agility throughout the portfolio, and delivering on financial commitments for ELTS. The Director will be responsible for maintaining strong positive relationships with internal and external customers, while modeling our core values to do what's right, respect others, and perform with excellence.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 or more years of program management or related experience
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed and virtual teams
• Proven program and portfolio management experience with the ability to lead multiple programs concurrently
• Experienced strategic thought leader with proven experience developing and executing growth and cost reduction strategies
• Adept at working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing programs
• Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy
• Demonstrated business acumen to include experience in EVMS, negotiations, performance metrics, and portfolio management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Be willing and able to travel as required (domestic and international)
• Ability to successfully partner with peers across Lockheed Martin Business Areas
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired skills
• Relevant experience in the automated test equipment or enterprise logistics domain
• Relevant experience partnering with the F-35 program
• Program Management experience with DevSecOps, Agile Software development, and Digital Transformation initiatives
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $309,120. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
