What You Will Be Doing:
The successful Proposal Integration candidate will work the entire spectrum of Aeronautics Sustainment Operations proposal activities, supporting business capture through the campaign, proposal, and contract award process.
This position will be in direct support of Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Sustainment proposal efforts in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is responsible for understanding IFG potential business from proposals that contain Sustainment efforts plus ongoing knowledge of current contracts under execution. This position will have responsibility for the accuracy of the proposed efforts and the resulting demands on sustainment resources. This position will assist in development of proposal metrics, databases of past efforts, and working with the Sustainment capability teams on estimates of future business. The candidate for this position will work closely with the Sustainment Operations function, Contracts, Estimating & Pricing, and Program Management teams to ensure Sustainment proposal inputs comply with contractual obligations and statements of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality Sustainment Operations proposal inputs are submitted on-time to meet proposal submittal deadlines. The candidate will prepare and deliver recurring status and metrics reporting on Sustainment proposal activity to Sustainment leadership.
Basic Qualifications
Familiarity with project management skillset
Familiarity with sustainment core competencies such as Supply Operations and Logistics, Field Operations, Mods, Upgrades, and Overhaul (MUO), Technical Pubs, and/or Sustainment Engineering.
Experience with proposal process requirements such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Basis of Estimate (BOE), technical documents, contracts, and/or negotiations.
Ability of foster partnerships across multiple functions and stakeholders, and leverage integration skills to yield results.
Desired skills
Holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2 or more years of professional experience in a related field.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills, along with high level of attention to detail
Ability to capture and translate data using business management tools.
Ability to work proactively to accomplish objectives
Knowledge of Supply Operations, Logistics and/or Sustainment elements.
Knowledge Defense contracting methods.
Prior experience in proposal management is a plus.
US military service and/or experience in the aviation industry a plus.
Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools a plus
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint a plus
F-16 and/or F-22 experience a plus
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $77,000 - $133,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
