Full Job Description

The Enterprise Learning Program Owner owns the execution and continuous improvement of JM Family’s enterprise learning programs and resources, including LinkedIn Learning, its integration with Workday Learning, targeted associate learning programs and just-in-time learning experiences.

This role translates business priorities and associate development needs into relevant, accessible and scalable learning solutions by curating content, launching targeted experiences and recommending new approaches.

Working closely with Leadership Development, Associate Development and Talent Management partners, the Program Owner aligns learning plans and connects enterprise learning to broader development and workforce priorities. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports that influences outcomes through partnership, program governance and data driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Learning Programs

  • Own and maintain the enterprise learning roadmap, including priorities, dependencies and upcoming launches.
  • Proactively identify emerging enterprise learning needs and recommend targeted programs, resources or just-in-time solutions to address priority skills and development needs.
  • Manage the intake, assessment and prioritization of enterprise learning requests and route needs to the appropriate Talent Development portfolio based on the audience and objective.
  • Serve as the primary owner for enterprise learning programs, resources and communications.
  • Partner with business leaders, Learning Partners and subject matter experts to assess needs and recommend, curate or launch appropriate learning solutions, including pathways, collections, targeted programs and just-in-time resources.
  • Continuously improve how enterprise learning is organized, curated and surfaced to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience that helps associates easily discover relevant development opportunities.
  • Apply established standards for how enterprise learning content is selected, organized, promoted, maintained and retired.
  • Lead enterprise learning initiatives from planning through launch, adoption and evaluation, including timelines, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications.

Learning Technology & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage and continuously improve the LinkedIn Learning experience and its integration with Workday Learning, using utilization and learner feedback to identify improvements.
  • Manage enterprise learning vendor relationships, monitor service quality and make license recommendations based on utilization, business needs and value.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant learning technologies, evaluate external solutions and recommend platform or provider enhancements based on learner needs, quality and scalability.

Talent & Skills Integration

  • Partner with Leadership Development, Associate Development and Talent Management teams to align learning plans, connect enterprise learning to broader talent and workforce priorities and reduce duplication.
  • Connect identified skill needs to relevant learning content, pathways and development opportunities.
  • Stay current on workforce development trends and business needs and share relevant recommendations with Talent Development partners.
  • Adoption, Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop communications, campaigns and adoption plans that increase awareness and utilization of enterprise learning offerings.
  • Monitor utilization, engagement, completion and learner feedback and communicate the reach, effectiveness and value of enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Use learner feedback, stakeholder input and performance insights to improve learning offerings and recommend when they should be updated, expanded or retired.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning and Development or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, HR, or program management.
  • Experience independently managing programs or projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder consulting and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data, feedback and insights to identify opportunities, make recommendations and support decisions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning, talent or workforce development programs.
  • Experience working with learning management systems or learning technologies.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning or similar platforms.
  • Experience in content curation, learning design or adult learning.
  • Experience developing learning communications, marketing campaigns and adoption strategies that increase awareness and engagement.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors or learning providers.
  • Familiarity with skills-based talent practices and the connection between learning, skills and career development.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application to content curation, learning design or program delivery.
