Job Description

ECS is seeking an Enterprise Hosting Service Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

  • Maintain and manage hosted server environments to ensure seamless support for enterprise applications and DoDIN-connected services.
  • Conduct system updates and manage configuration to uphold operational efficiency and security standards.
  • Validate patch compliance and perform performance monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and document configuration changes to support system integrity.
  • Coordinate incident response activities to maintain secure and stable hosting environments.
  • Align hosting platforms with enterprise operational standards and cybersecurity policies.
  • Ensure compliance with STIG guidance and configuration management controls.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in supporting enterprise hosting and server environments within DoD or Federal networks.
  • Proven experience in maintaining hosted server environments and performing system updates and configuration management.
  • Experience in patch compliance validation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ability to document configuration changes and support incident response coordination.
  • Familiarity with enterprise operational standards, cybersecurity policies, and STIG guidance.
